L’ESTATE - formerly Maisonique, was founded by Tracey Chab - a studio arts graduate from Minnesota who always had a love for anything old and beautiful.
After a long career in fashion retail as a stylist and merchandiser, she found herself furloughed and homeschooling.As a means to help take care of her family. she started selling her beloved collected vintage and was shocked at the response. Putting everything she knows about history, art, design, styling and composition into her new business, she created a highly successful instagram account in January 2021. Quickly gaining momentum, “Maisonique” was featured in Architectural Digest, Vogue Living, and even curated pieces for high end designers like, Nate Berkus, Jeremiah Brent, Sarah Weichel, Carol Estes, and Sarah Sherwin Samuels. Outgrowing the capabilities of Instagram, Maisonique has launched their website and turned into the the brand L’ESTATE, now offering styling services, collaborations with up-and-coming artists and custom trade sourcing.

How long does it take to ship?
All items ship within 5-7 business days from purchase. US and Canada only, currently.
Can you ship furniture?
Any oversized item, such as furniture or large art (etc.) will receive an invoice for the delivery fee. US delivery only. We work with multiple delivery teams to ensure competitive pricing.
Do you offer returns?
We do not offer returns or exchanges. Every piece is vintage or artisan made and is reflected in its nature. Condition will be noted in the description. You can always ask for more pictures via E-mail or Instagram direct message.
What if my item breaks or is stolen?
Every item is packaged thoroughly considering the age and fragility. Most items are double boxed and most packaging products we use are recycled for sustainability. That being said, once the package has been dropped off for delivery, it is out of our hands. We can not offer returns for stolen packages. If something arrives broken, we can assist you in submitting a claim.
